The healthcare leadership team.
Healthcare Marketing Strategist
Anne has spent most of her 30+ year career in agencies offering expertise in advertising, marketing, public relations and client services. Healthcare became her focus, spending ten years as the director of marketing and corporate communications for a health system in Indiana. Being on the “client side” gave her a new perspective, which became a great asset after she rejoined the agency side of the business. The love of the business, the creative process and solving problems for clients never gets old for her. She also loves golf and scuba diving…which are best experienced in exotic places!

Noel Rettig, Ed.D.
VP, Organizational Excellence and Learning
Noel strongly believes that people are an organizational best, and in the end, only differential advantage. She has spent more than four decades working with organizations and their teams in strengthening culture, building high performance teams, strategic planning, and aligning strategy and objectives with vision and mission. She is an experienced facilitator who often jokes her favorite “F” word is “Focus”. She will tell you that Emotional Intelligence is the key to successful leadership and is certified to deliver the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). In addition, she leads Fire & Rain’s BrandIGNITION™, assisting corporations in clearly defining their brand and space in the marketplace. She practices the idea that learning should be a profoundly inspiring and transforming endeavor. She has tracked the mountain gorilla in Uganda, hiked the Himalayas, white water rafted in Nepal and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. Each adventure broadens her perspective and brings clarity to what’s really important.
Strategy and Account Planning
After over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and a background in chemistry, medical affairs and marketing, Roland decided to leave the corporate world over 15 years ago and has been with Fire & Rain since. He brings a mature and expansive background to his clients and has led the agency relationship with large and small pharmaceutical clients, including Eli Lilly, Takeda, Lundbeck, Baxter, Xanodyne and Evolve BioSystems. His therapeutic areas of experience include depression, osteoporosis, nutrition and pain management. In partnership with the client, Roland developed the creative strategy and led the tactical execution of a variety of highly cost-effective CRM campaigns, including some of the earliest market segmentation programs. He also has worked with multiple product launch teams to guide theming, agenda development and all levels of presentations, including C-suite, as well as providing presenter coaching and coordination on-site. In his spare time, Roland enjoys gardening, traveling with his wife, and photography, especially landscapes and wildlife.
