Anne has spent most of her 30+ year career in agencies offering expertise in advertising, marketing, public relations and client services. Healthcare became her focus, spending ten years as the director of marketing and corporate communications for a health system in Indiana. Being on the “client side” gave her a new perspective, which became a great asset after she rejoined the agency side of the business. The love of the business, the creative process and solving problems for clients never gets old for her. She also loves golf and scuba diving…which are best experienced in exotic places!

David’s blend of creative and strategic thinking has provided a unique perspective for a wide variety of clients and industries on both the regional and national level. His dedication to his craft and the creative process has earned many awards over the years along with the countless brands who are telling a more compelling story. As one of the early contributors to the BrandIGNITION™ process, David is a key participant in the discovery phase, creatively turning insights into a compelling and distinctive brand platform.

VP, Organizational Effectiveness

Noel strongly believes that people are an organizational best, and in the end, only differential advantage. She has spent more than four decades working with organizations and their teams in strengthening culture, building high performance teams, strategic planning, and aligning strategy and objectives with vision and mission. She is an experienced facilitator who often jokes her favorite “F” word is “Focus”. She will tell you that Emotional Intelligence is the key to successful leadership and is certified to deliver the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). In addition, she leads Fire & Rain’s BrandIGNITION™, assisting corporations in clearing defining their brand and space in the marketplace. She practices the idea that learning should be a profoundly inspiring and transforming endeavor. She has tracked the mountain gorilla in Uganda, hiked the Himalayas, white water rafted in Nepal and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro. Each adventure broadens her perspective and brings clarity to what’s really important.

Roland has 30+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in chemistry, medical/regulatory affairs and marketing, and 10 years as a strategist for various pharmaceutical clients. He has been with Fire & Rain for 9 years as a strategist/account planner for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Whitney Ross

Account Executive

Whitney joined Fire & Rain's Account Management team in 2015. She holds a B.S. degree in Public Relations and Advertising from University of Southern Indiana. Before joining Fire and Rain, she worked as a Marketing Analyst and Account Manager for P&I Supply, a US distributor of safety and welding items. Her experience includes sales collateral design, e-commerce and order entry management, product quoting and performance reporting. Whitney has also assisted The American Red Cross with event planning. A proud owner of a Doberman named Duchess and an avid horse lover, Whitney can often be found running, hiking or visiting horse farms in Lexington, KY. She is also a die-hard Yankees fan.

Senior Creative Director, Brand & Marketing Strategy

Mark brings expertise in brand, marketing and creative development to co-facilitate BrandIGNITION™, helping our clients discover the true essence of their brand. He has worked in several industries (from telecommunications to pharmaceuticals) and capacities (Marketing Manager, Product Manager and Creative Director). During his 30-year career, Mark's enthusiasm for design excellence and an eye for detail has resulted in ADDY, Telly and Omni Intermedia awards. He has expert 3D skills and a particular forté in photography retouching using Photoshop. In his personal life, Mark is an accomplished fine artist and avid cyclist.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Consultant

Christal holds a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Southern Indiana. Her background includes sales, marketing, copywriting and program coordination. With a passion for all things creative along with her skills in writing, marketing, organization and  a desire to tackle any challenge, Christal is a perfect fit for our team. She is dedicated to coordinating social media and digital marketing strategies to drive growth for businesses and ensure customer success. Outside of Fire & Rain, Christal is a movie buff in the winter (she hates the cold) and an outdoor junkie in the summer. She loves beach vacations, family time, party planning, cheesecake, and her 2 adorable puggles—who get away with everything.

Amanda Heldt

Amanda Heldt

Chief Operations Officer

Amanda has over 10 years of experience coordinating marketing programs, the last 6 of these in the healthcare industry. Her principal responsibilities include project management, coordinating all agency activities relating to healthcare projects and day-to-day client interactions. Amanda loves barrel racing (around them, not in them), team roping (not going to elaborate on that one) and also likes to run, golf and snow ski. She owns horses, dogs, cats and a couple miniature donkeys. It’s no wonder she’s comfortable with the zoo-like environment at Fire & Rain.
